"The driver would have been on time but the roads in and around my village (country village in Cumbria) were under snow/ice on the day. Cars find it very difficult to roads in this condition and this slowed him down, but absolutely no fault of the driver. Otherwise the journey both ways was smooth and comfortable. The driver was friendly and professional."
